My OS is Windows 10, run office version. In Word documents I have an option to print in color. Excel do not have any Problem to print documents in color. Have tried resetting the printer, options, setup, drivers update, etc. Frustrated – what am I missing? This thread is locked. Thanks for your feedback, it helps us improve the site. Have you checked on all of the tabs of the Printer Properties dialog for that printer? It should be there somewhere. If not, check with HP as it’s their dialog. This site in other languages x.

Hey guys, I recently upgraded from Microsoft office to and have encountered a problem with my printing options. Under Printing Options select Print background colors and images. The Print background colors and images check box in the Word options dialog box.
